Boris Johnson pledges to cut council tax every year

Mayor of London Boris Johnson has pledged to cut City Hall's share of Council tax, known as the precept every year of the next Mayoral Term if he is re-elected in May 2012. This is part of his plan to keep Council Tax low that has seen three years of council tax freezes, by achieving this he has helped to save the average London household £445.
